Booking and payment arrangements should be made directly with the venue hotel as described below by the 30th of March 2012 the latest, requesting the special package arrangement for the 3rd RAHMS conference. Early booking is advisable because of the tourist season. Only a limited number of rooms are available and will be allocated on first come first served basis. Participants can extend their stay before or after the conference, 27 June- 2 July, under the same price and conditions as described below.
